1 Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering on the bk43 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

bk43 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration. You may be asked to submit identity documents or proof of age. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with the verification process may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed and any associated benefits will be cancelled.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with bk43, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account where the information provided in the registration form is found to be false or misleading.

2.1 Required Information

You will need to provide the following information when registering an account:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

2.2 Account Ownership

Each account is strictly personal. Allowing others to use your account, transferring it, or selling it is strictly prohibited. bk43 does not accept accounts opened on behalf of corporate entities, trusts, or agents.

3 Account Security

Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. bk43 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If anyone requests your password, treat it as fraud and notify our support team immediately.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us at [email protected]. bk43 is not responsible for third-party activity on your account unless negligence on our part is proven.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at bk43: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposited funds must come from a payment method owned by the account holder. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met at the time of a withdrawal request:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the one used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is an active investigation or dispute on the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bk43 offers a 150% welcome bonus for new members, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the following terms:

5.1 Bonus Activation

The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be claimed once only and cannot be combined with other bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum withdrawal limit from no-deposit free bonuses will be stated separately.
• bk43 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the terms of a promotion are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on bk43 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself. You are advised to read the relevant rules carefully before playing.

6.1 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server issue during a game, the data stored in the system will be considered final. bk43 reserves the right to void winnings resulting from software errors.

6.2 Betting Limits

bk43 may set betting limits on specific games or markets at any time. bk43 also reserves the right to temporarily close any market or game in special circumstances or if fraud is suspected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk43 platform:

• Bonus abuse or the use of bonus hunting strategies.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs without reporting them.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all deposits and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Closure by bk43

bk43 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.

11.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, send an email to [email protected]. You are advised to withdraw all valid funds before closing. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

12 Changes to Terms

bk43 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance at their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform.
